A very messy post of just some resources about the SBA’s programs for Covid19 relief (and the fact that I am looking into it for my business and a close acquaintance’s business)
With the additional funding provided by the new COVID-19 relief package, SBA will resume processing EIDL Loan and Advance applications that are already in the queue on a first come, first-served basis.
We will provide further information on the availability of the EIDL portal to receive new applications (including those from agricultural enterprises) as soon as possible.
Paycheck Protection Program
EIDL Loan Advance
This loan advance will provide up to $10,000 of economic relief to businesses that are currently experiencing temporary difficulties.
SBA Express Bridge Loans
Enables small businesses who currently have a business relationship with an SBA Express Lender to access up to $25,000 quickly.

SBA counselors . This, of course, has been a long standing service (free, by the way) of the US Small business administration (SBA). But it is probably even more helpful in the midst of the current business situation.
